NOTE TO FAMILY MEMBERS

1)    All elderly members are requested to take their Medicine Kit.

2)   All elderly members may take Swetter, Muffler  since the Mela is in December.

3)   Woolen dress may be provided for children.

4)   Extra bed sheets may be taken by each family.

5)   All are requested to co-operate in utilizing the cottage space as per the room allocation chart.

6)   Members may inform all possible suggestions to the Committee Members to make this event a grand success.

7)   Achievements obtained by all members  should be communicated.

8)   Members can exhibit their own creations, sing their own poems/songs, release publications and also distribute their own cooked snacks etc, if they wish.

9)   Extra dress may be taken since there is facility for safe bathing in river.

10) Since Mandala season has been commenced, if anybody needs strict    vegetarian  food, please intimate in advance.     

              

11)  Preference will be given for the members cultural programmes.

12)  Committee reserves the right to make any changes if there are substantial reasons.

  "Haj  / Ramzan  holidays  will be full  week holiday here , Ramzan Holidays may coincide with Onam next year. Onam is Sep 7,  Ramzan-eid will be Aug 30 , so  arround that will be ok..  OR Nov 5, 6th (HAJ)."
Aji, Sini, Arathi, Manoj, Vrinda, Diya, Arjun Manjula, Nishanth and Manisha and Pranav may also be able to be with us then. 

So why can't we have the next year meet in the first week of September ?
